What you will be doing

Designing and delivering organisational development interventions that strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and team performance.

Partnering with leaders and People Partners to diagnose organisational challenges and identify practical, evidence-based solutions.

Leading workforce and succession planning approaches and developing skills and capability frameworks aligned to future organisational priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in organisational development, change and/or transformation within a complex or international organisation.
• Experience leading or supporting complex organisational change initiatives.
• Strong change management capability, including planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation.
• Experience designing and embedding organisational frameworks, including workforce planning and skills frameworks.
• Strong organisational diagnosis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into practical solutions.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work credibly with senior leaders…
