UK Care Givers

AAHM Group Ltd is seeking dedicated Care Giver Specialists to support elderly residents in their UK care homes. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• – Administer prescribed medications
• – Provide emotional support and companionship
• – Maintain accurate care records
• – Report changes in residents’ conditions
• – Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

• – Previous caregiving experience preferred (not mandatory)
• – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• – Empathy and compassion for the elderly
• – Ability to work independently and in teams
• – Flexible availability for various shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Qualifications:

• – Care Certificate (required)
• – NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• – Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training
• – Enhanced DBS check
