The Waiter is a key member of the food and beverage service team, responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests in various onboard venues. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using onboard technology systems.

• Collaborate closely with Assistant Waiters to deliver seamless, coordinated service for each table.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
• Participate in onboard service training, safety drills, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications – Hospitality Jobs in Global Locations

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Waiter in an upscale hotel, luxury resort, fine dining restaurant, or previous cruise ship service.
• Completion of Food & Beverage Service training or relevant hospitality certifications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and beverage service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal hospitality or culinary arts education.
• Experience in Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurant environments.
• Multi-lingual abilities to assist guests from diverse regions.
