Odoo is hiring an Account Manager to manage their portfolio of existing English-speaking clients across Africa. Represent Odoo as the long-term commercial point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage portfolio of existing African clients, acting as their Odoo sales expert
- – Analyze clients’ IT projects in-depth to identify potential upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- – Introduce new Odoo applications, features and version upgrades to increase usage
- – Present product demos and provide advisory expertise to clients
- – Negotiate contract renewals from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
- – Strong business acumen and genuine interest in software products
- – Fluency in English and/or Kiswahili
- – Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- – Strong negotiation abilities
- – Valid work permit for Kenya (if applicable)
Nice to Have:
- – Results-driven and outgoing personality
- – Prior sales, consulting or ERP/SaaS software experience
- – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- – Experience across African markets
- – Proficiency in regional or international languages
