Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies in liaison with the Actuarial function.

Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and support Actuarial function in running the IFRS 17 inputs to the engine and analyzing the output.

Review general ledger balances and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records ensuring all accounting entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustments are properly recorded and supported.

Shadow in management accounts and financial performance reports preparation up to IFRS 17 results for Executive Management and the Board.

Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and provide insights and explanations for variances.
