Accounts Assistant III Job Description
The Accounts Assistant III is responsible for managing, recording, and reporting financial transactions under the supervision of a senior officer. This entry-level position supports the Finance department by ensuring accuracy, timely data capture, and compliance with laid-down regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement departmental accounting strategies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Receive, record, and sort incoming documents for processing.
- Process and file payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting financial documents.

- Capture financial data and maintain cashbooks, ledgers, vote books, and registers.
