Administrative Clerk (OBO) Job Description
The Administrative Clerk (OBO) provides comprehensive office administration support to the Overseas Buildings Operations unit under the supervision of the Site Security Manager. The position supports security-related office functions, administrative coordination, and financial processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support services to the Site Security Manager and Deputy Site Security Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Minimum of two years of administrative, office management, or customer service experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Good working knowledge of English and Kiswahili, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
