The program offers two distinct career tracks: Impact & Innovation and Corporate Banking, designed to nurture future leaders in finance and agriculture.

Available Tracks
Corporate Banking Track
- – Support wholesale clients with structured debt solutions
- – Work on value chain financing solutions
- – Engage with international corporates and regional leaders
- – Handle client pitch materials and financial analysis
- – Rotate through Corporate Lending, Export Finance, and Trade & Commodity Finance desks
Impact & Innovation Track
- – Drive digital solutions in Food and Agriculture
- – Enhance financial inclusion in emerging markets
- – Collaborate with international players and local startups
- – Work with Rabo Foundation/Rural fund across African markets
- – Spend time at headquarters in the Netherlands
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial fields
- – Graduation years: 2022, 2023, or 2024
- – Maximum 2 years work experience (preferred)
- – Valid Kenyan work permit required
