Retail Sales Executive

Red Quadrant Trading (RQT) is a retail and distribution company registered in Kenya.
It is the custodian of the Timekeepers retail brand, a brand that specializes in the retail of watches, jewelry, sunglasses and accessories from some of the leading fashion brands across the globe.
RQT operates retail stores under the Timekeepers brand name in Nairobi and is also licensed to franchise the brand to interested retail operators. RQT will be opening a new store at the Galleria extension in Nairobi and is seeking to employ retail sales executives.

Job Description :
• Attending to customers and clients.
• Positively deal with inquiries about the company and company products.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum market penetration.
• Effectively serve walk-in buyers and convert them to return customers through cordial, efficient, and effective customer relations.
• Positively represent the company’s interest within and outside your working hours.
• Promoting sales and customer relations.
• Keeping up with information about brands sold.
• Merchandising.
• Preparing weekly reports and rapid after-sales service.
• Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
• Please note that this job requires long hours of standing.

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of a KCSE Certificate, with a Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Business Marketing, Customer Service, or Retail Management is considered an added advantage.
• Good customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work effectively in the supervisor and negotiator roles.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience in sales (Retail) would be highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation.
• Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications and ability to use POS/cashier systems.
• Must reside within the above location and its axis.
