Assistant Executive – Trade Representative, Murang’a

What You’ll DoAchieve daily sales targets and drive sales volumes in your assigned territory. Ensure our products are available, visible, and well-placed in all retail outlets (Dukas, kiosks, beauty shops and pharmacies). Introduce and promote new product developments (NPDs) and drive listings. Execute in-store merchandising, POSM placement, and trade activation plans. Build strong relationships with retailers and provide excellent customer support. Collect and share market and competitor insights. Accurately capture sales data, outlet visits, stock levels and reports via the Sales App. What We’re Looking For2–3 years’ experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector. Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards. Must have a valid driving license with at least 2 years driving experience. Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Familiarity with the Murang’a region is an added advantage.
