Victory Farms Kenya is seeking a proactive Branch Operations Team Member to support smooth branch operations through effective inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the branch remains well-organized, operationally efficient, and welcoming to customers while upholding high standards of cleanliness, service, and accountability.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Supervisor, you will contribute to seamless daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to operational excellence.
