The Finance Coordinator will support the effective implementation of IDLO programmes and operations in Kenya by providing financial and administrative services. This role involves coordinating day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, managing cash and budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and donor requirements. The Finance Coordinator will work closely with various teams to maintain financial controls and support audit activities. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience in grants and sub-grants financial management
• Experience in international development and donor-funded environments
• Strong knowledge of IPSAS and ERP platforms
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day finance functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
