Branch Manager Role at Platinum Credit

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations while implementing effective sales strategies to grow the portfolio and ensure exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

  • – Sales Leadership and Team Development:
  • – Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel (Team leaders and sales associates) towards attainment of their sales targets
  • – Oversee effective selling of company products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • – Ensure organization of activation activities that increase market awareness of Asset Finance products
  • – Effectively recruit, train, coach, and mentor new sales personnel
  • – Monitor branch personnel performance through detailed reporting
  • – Provide comprehensive leadership to the branch team through effective planning, communication, and development initiatives

Business Growth and Client Relations:

  • – Build and expand the existing customer base while developing new markets, products, and services
  • – Maintain positive business relationships to ensure business continuity
  • – Ensure Active Sales Associates meet and exceed targets
  • – Lead by example to uphold integrity and high ethical standards among all branch staff

Portfolio Management and Compliance:

  • – Oversee portfolio growth and quality metrics
  • – Ensure first appraisal processes follow strict adherence to credit, collection, and compliance policies
  • – Support improved client relations through effective communication regarding obligations
  • – Conduct exit interviews with departing clients and share detailed reports
  • – Manage document handling, submission, and compliance requirements
  • – Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) for effective and efficient service delivery

Resource Management:

  • – Oversee management of all company resources assigned to the branch team
  • – Protect client and prospect data from unauthorized access or misuse
  • – Coordinate the safekeeping of branch assets including structures, equipment, and inventory
  • – Ensure efficient utilization of allocated budget and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications and Requirements

  • – Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related field from a recognized institution *(Required)*
  • – Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a business-related field is an added advantage *(Required)*
