Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

• – Spearhead digital transformation projects and develop comprehensive digitalization roadmaps
• – Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies
• – Design and implement performance metrics for process improvements
• – Collaborate with IT teams on technology integration projects

Operational Excellence

• – Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation
• – Develop business cases and perform cost-benefit analyses
• – Design automation strategies for workflow optimization
• – Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• – Support project planning and execution
• – Streamline product distribution and service delivery processes

Governance and Compliance

• – Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
• – Monitor and implement insurance-related laws and standards
• – Contribute to risk management frameworks
• – Support audit processes with documentation

Required Qualifications

Education and Certifications

• – Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, IT, or related field
• – Diploma in Insurance
• – LOMA/CII certification
• – Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent

Experience

• – Minimum 3 years experience in Life Insurance business
• – Proven track record in complex business environments
• – Expert knowledge of technology and process improvement
• – Experience with process automation and digitalization projects (preferred)
