Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

To drive hospital growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, increasing patient referrals, and enhancing the hospital’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, insurers, and referral partners.
Promote hospital services to increase patient uptake.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and reports.
Attend networking events and represent the hospital externally.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Growth in patient numbers and revenue.
Number of new corporate and referral partnerships secured.
Conversion rate of leads to clients/patients.
Market visibility and brand awareness.
Timely reporting and pipeline management.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Strong network within corporate or healthcare sectors preferred.
