Program Analyst, HIV Country Kenya City Nairobi Type Full Time Program (Division) Country Programs – Kenya Telecommute No Overview

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to our mission of saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day programmatic oversight of the KP Peer Navigators Program across the six project counties, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the approved work plan and cost-effectiveness (BOTEC) targets.
• Coordinate with the Community Health Assistants (CHAs) supervising peer educators to track progress against monthly tracing and linkage targets, monthly facility-level micro-planning meetings including biannual supervision and mentorship visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience coordinating or supervising HIV or public health programs in Kenya, including experience with key population programming.
• Working knowledge of the Kenya Health Information System (KHIS), the Community Health Strategy, and key population service-delivery models.
• Experience with program monitoring and evaluation, including data quality assurance and indicator tracking.
