UNICEF is seeking a RapidPro and InForm Community Manager to enhance user engagement and maintain documentation for these platforms. The role involves managing community interactions, providing user support, and ensuring the operational efficiency of the platforms. This position is remote and part of UNICEF’s Digital Impact Division in Nairobi, Kenya.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field
• Five years of professional experience in communication and writing
• Experience producing detailed technical product documentation
• Education/work experience in engineering/technical fields
• Experience working with open-source communities
• Experience using T4D tools
• Outstanding writing skills in English
• Strong knowledge of RapidPro and InForm
