Software Tester / QA Engineer

Job Summary

You will conduct comprehensive quality testing for NestVest’s website and digital customer workflows before every production release, with primary focus on property data accuracy, enquiry submission channels and CRM lead handover integrity. You will own test documentation, defect tracking, regression testing and release risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update and maintain structured test cases, test plans and release checklists for all core product modules.
Conduct cross-browser & cross-device mobile/desktop layout testing for property search, listing detail pages and all interactive forms.
Validate full enquiry pipelines: web enquiry forms, WhatsApp lead links, CRM data handover and marketing source attribution tracking.
Execute full regression testing after bug fixes, feature updates and platform releases.
Log defects with complete reproduction steps, screenshot/video evidence, severity classification and expected correct behaviour.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify all resolved defects before production sign-off.
Flag critical release risks proactively and provide full supporting test evidence to the product team.
