The Technical Operations section under the Operations Department aims to serve IGNITE customers with the best quality of its technical products. The Tech-Ops Repair Officer is responsible for the Incoming Quality Checks (IQC), Dis/assembly, Repair and Refurbishments of IEA K products (SHS, appliances and components) as per defined processes and procedures, for timely delivery against distribution targets. Additional duties include workshop management, tools management, inventory control of work-in-progress items and spare components and first level maintenance and servicing of facility’s electrical infrastructure. Conduct any additional technical task as prioritized and instructed by the direct supervisor.
