Coordinator, Staff Care & Well-being Job Description
The Coordinator, Staff Care & Well-being serves as the operational and learning backbone of the Global Staff Care & Well-being function. This role ensures that staff care initiatives are coordinated, monitored, and optimized across global, regional, and national contexts. The position involves maintaining knowledge systems, coordinating workflows, supporting reporting, and facilitating learning exchanges while promoting coherence and responsiveness in staff care processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team workflows, schedules, and deliverables across global, regional, and national levels.
- Track progress, support timely follow-up, and assist with budget monitoring and operational reporting.
- Maintain shared knowledge platforms, repositories, tools, and templates for easy access and clarity.
- Draft internal updates, briefings, and learning notes to facilitate organizational communication.
- Collect, compile, and analyze monitoring data aligned with the Staff Care Theory of Change.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to reporting cycles.
- Support webinars, learning exchanges, and consultations to strengthen field connections.
- Ensure information from national and regional offices informs global planning and improvement.
- Support smooth knowledge flow across multiple time zones, teams, and organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in coordination, project management, communication, or operations support.
- Educational background in administration, project management, organizational development, communication, or related fields.
- Experience in complex international organizations and multi-cultural settings.
- Proficiency in managing knowledge systems and basic data tracking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with staff care, employee well-being, and humanitarian operations.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning functions.
- Competence with digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Click-up, PowerBI, and dashboards.
- Multilingual capabilities and experience working in national or regional offices.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and process improvement skills.
