Counter Sales Representative Job Bhekams Traders

Responsibilities :

Attend to walk-in customers and respond to spare-parts inquiries.

Identify and recommend the correct automotive spare parts based on customers’ needs.

Promote and sell automotive spare parts to achieve sales targets.

Provide accurate product information, including part names, codes, and vehicle compatibility.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the store and procurement teams to confirm product availability.

Requirements :

Sales or customer service experience.

Automotive spare-parts knowledge or experience is an added advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to identify spare parts and understand vehicle compatibility is an advantage.

Target-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail.
