Job Description
The Customer Relation Officer will serve as a key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth communication. The role involves supporting the sales process, maintaining client records, handling inquiries, and using CRM tools to track and enhance the customer journey.
This position is ideal for professionals who are persuasive, committed, and eager to contribute to one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to provide information about available properties and services
- Respond to client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date client records using CRM systems
- Support sales teams in follow-ups and post-sale customer care
- Coordinate property visits, documentation, and after-sales engagement
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any other relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client data and interactions
- Demonstrated commitment, persuasiveness, and a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualities
- Real estate or property sales experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Well-organized and detail-oriented in managing customer accounts
