Job Summary
The Customer Service and Logistic Specialist will be the primary link between Henkel and its customers. You will manage customer orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and provide world-class service to our clients. This role requires someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and a strong customer-first attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end order management from order entry to final delivery.
- Coordinate logistics with third-party providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain close communication with customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and logistics issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply planning teams to ensure availability of products.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the customer service and logistics function.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
