Capwell Industries Limited (henceforth referred to as CIL) started its operations in 1999 with a modern maize milling factory in Thika. It manufactures high quality flour, rice pulses and porridges, using the best processes and technologies available.

The EHS & Sustainability Coordinator will co-ordinate Capwell’s health and safety management systems and advice on compliance with health and safety legislation across all Capwell services and departments, in line with Capwell’s core values and strategy. In this critical role, the EHS & Sustainability Coordinator will advise the leadership team, foster a strong safety culture, and inspire positive behavioral changes throughout the site.
The role requires good communication and organizational skills and the ability able to work on one’s own initiative as well as part of a team. The ability to prepare reports and other information as required is essential.
