Field Sales Agent Job Overview

As a Field Sales Agent with Bolt, you’ll work directly in the field, connecting with potential drivers face-to-face. Your role will involve explaining the benefits of the Bolt platform and guiding new drivers through the registration process to help them start earning.

Compensation Structure

Individual Field Sales Agents:

• – Earn KES 1,000 when your referred driver completes 5 trips within 14 days
• – Earn an additional KES 2,000 when they complete 30 trips within 45 days
• – Flexible schedule – work when it suits you best

Agency Owners & Team Leaders:

• – Earn KES 1,000 for each driver your sales field agents are compensated for
• – Great opportunity to build and lead your own team

Key Requirements for Field Sales Agents

Bolt is seeking candidates who are:

• – Comfortable with in-person driver interactions
• – Skilled at clear communication and addressing concerns effectively
• – Familiar with mobile apps and digital registration tools
• – Self-motivated with the drive to achieve monthly targets
• – Capable of building trust and rapport quickly
• – Able to travel to various locations within the service area

Who Cannot Apply

• – Individuals under 18 years of age
• – Current active Bolt drivers
