Head Of Middle School – Upper Primary & Junior School

Key responsibilities

• To provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the Upper Primary and Junior School sections, ensuring effective curriculum implementation, quality teaching and learning, staff supervision, learner discipline, and improved academic performance in line with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and the school’s educational objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight of academic and administrative activities in the Upper Primary and Junior School sections.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBC and compliance with relevant curriculum guidelines.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a combination of Mathematics and Science subjects from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• At least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, preferably in Upper Primary and/or Junior School.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a school setting will be a strong advantage.
