Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Management, Economic Development, or relevant field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• Strong operational expertise in education policy and planning
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Proven ability to influence policy across sectors
• In-depth experience in educational practices and institutional boundaries
• Strong partnership management experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong strategic judgement and prioritization skills
