The HR Business & Reporting Analyst will serve as the analytical engine behind the execution of the Bank’s HR strategy by translating workforce data into meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in data analytics, reporting, budgeting, or project management, preferably within Human Resources or People Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, workforce reporting, and data interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and VBA), and AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, workforce databases, and business intelligence platforms.
