Human Resource Manager Job Description – Human Resource Manager vacancy in Nairobi

The Human Resource Manager will provide strategic leadership across the entire human resource function, including workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, staff welfare, succession planning, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) recognized by HRMPEB.
  • Valid Human Resource Practicing Certificate and active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a senior management position.
  • Computer proficiency with excellent strategic leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
