HR Assistant Requirements

• – Bachelor’s degree in HR or Social Sciences with three years of experience as an HR Assistant
• OR
• – Higher National Diploma in HR with five years of experience as an HR Assistant
• – Active registration with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management)
• – Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures
• – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Human Resource Officer Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle various HR functions including:

• – Implementing HR policies, strategies, and plans at the campus level
• – Coordinating manpower planning and placement activities
• – Managing internal communication channels and reporting systems
• – Supporting customer service initiatives and promoting university culture
• – Consulting with departments on HR policies and procedures implementation
