Key Responsibilities

As an IDT Intern, your core responsibilities will include:

Process & Reports Automation

• Collaborate with teams to identify and automate manual processes using Power Platform tools.
• Assist in creating interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.

IT & Network Support

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Support network installations and upgrades across departments.

CRM & Factory Systems Support

• Support the customization, management, and user training for CRM platforms.
• Contribute to the optimization of factory systems to ensure reliable production operations.

Data Science and Machine Learning

• Work closely with data scientists to develop and refine ML models.
• Participate in data preprocessing, analysis, and evaluation tasks.
