Key Responsibilities;

• Engage customers with overdue accounts through authorised telephone and written communication.
• Negotiate affordable repayment plans and lawful settlements within approved guidelines.
• Follow up on promises to pay, verify customer information and undertake lawful tracing where assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of calls, commitments, payment evidence and recovery outcomes.
• Achieve agreed recovery objectives while treating customers respectfully and protecting confidential personal data.
