Key Requirements

• – Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Master’s in actuarial science/insurance preferred)
• – Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, particularly in microinsurance or agricultural sectors

• – Proven track record in partner management and stakeholder relations
• – In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations
• – Technical proficiency (SQL/Python skills are advantageous)
