Internal Audit & Risk Manager

St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital is hiring for the Internal Audit & Risk Manager position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Qualifications and Competencies Applications close on 6 November 2026.

Membership to ICPAK or relevant Professional Body.

Demonstrated professional competence leadership and managerial capability

Accounting Systems with excellent analytical and reporting skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration in Accounting/Finance/Auditing options or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Must be CPA-K/ACCA and possess CISA certification or an equivalent relevant qualification, CFE/ERM will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the Internal Audit in healthcare industry or reputable audit firm in a comparable and relevant position
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management and internal control systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
