Create content for social media, blogs, and SEO across client brands.
Support digital-led strategy development and execution.
Assist influencer strategy execution with influencers and brand advocates.
Manage social communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and scheduled posts.
Grow brand presence across YouTube, X, Facebook, and other relevant assets.
Support customer relations through social and online feedback channels.
Use social measurement tools to report metrics and recommend improvements.
Support consumer research and insight gathering.
Attend event coverage and upskill in videography, photography, and editing.
Track latest copywriting and content trends.

Education:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field; CIM or digital marketing certification is an added advantage

Experience:

Over 2-3 years of progressive experience in a busy environment, including at least 1 year in a marketing agency.
