Legal Officer Job Description – Legal jobs in Nairobi

The Legal Officer will provide legal advisory services to the Institute by preparing legal documents, reviewing contracts, supporting litigation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.   • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Diploma in Law or a relevant professional legal qualification.
  • Valid professional licence to practice law in Kenya.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, litigation, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential legal information with professionalism and integrity.
