JAML specializes in differentiated investment products and solutions, serving institutions, high net-worth individuals, and retail clients across various investment categories including Insurance Fund Management, Unit Trusts, and Alternative Investments.

Position Overview

This role represents an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to drive brand visibility and stakeholder engagement for a leading asset management firm. Based at the Nairobi Head Office, the position reports to the Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications and plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• – Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple
• platforms
• – Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, social media strategy, and email marketing campaigns
• – Manage website content and optimize digital presence
• – Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Content Marketing

• – Create and implement content strategies across various channels
• – Develop engaging marketing materials and branded content
• – Design visual assets for multiple platforms
• – Monitor and optimize content performance

Corporate Communications

• – Execute corporate communication strategies
• – Manage internal and external communications
• – Handle crisis communication planning
• – Draft corporate messaging and press materials

Branding and Strategy

• – Support brand development initiatives
• – Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• – Plan and execute company events and product launches
• – Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels

Governance and Culture

• – Implement communication strategies aligned with corporate governance
• – Develop frameworks for reputation management
• – Create initiatives that strengthen company culture
• – Manage internal communications for employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field
• – 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications
• – Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
• – Strong proficiency in content creation and management
• – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
