Competitive Remuneration Package
- – Basic Salary: Kes.56,080 x 2,880 – 58,960 x 2,890 – 61,850 x 3,760 – 65,610 x 3,750 – 69,360 x 3,755 – 73,115 x 3,745 -76,860 x 4,260 – 81,120 x 4,255 – 85,375 per annum
- – House Allowance: Kes 24,000 monthly
- – Commuter Allowance: Kes 8,000 monthly
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- – Six (6) years’ cumulative work experience, three (3) years of which should have been at the grade of Office Assistant II or comparable position in the public or private sector
- – KCSE mean grade D (plain) or its equivalent from a recognized institution
- – Proficiency in computer applications
- – Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
- – Meet the provisions of Chapter Six of Constitution

- – Good communication skills for interacting with staff and stakeholders

Core Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will be responsible for:
Hospitality and Office Management
- – Facilitating hospitality for members of staff, staff meetings and high-level stakeholders’ meetings
- – Ensuring orderly arrangement of office equipment and furniture
- – Dispatching letters and documents efficiently
- – Preparing meeting venues professionally and in a timely manner
Administrative Support
- – Keeping detailed inventory of kitchen equipment
- – Performing various office duties as assigned
- – Carrying out messengerial duties as required
