Job Description

The Office Assistant I is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Support & Logistics Department. This role ensures smooth office operations, maintains cleanliness, organizes office resources, and assists staff in daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver office items, documents, mail, parcels, and postage efficiently.
  • Carry out photocopying, document binding, and other office documentation tasks.

  • Move and arrange office equipment and furniture as required.
