Key Responsibilities:

  • – Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners across Europe & Africa
  • – Enable partners through training on sales strategies and implementation best practices
  • – Act as a business coach, creating processes to increase operational efficiency
  • – Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners
  • – Qualify end clients, provide product demos, match them with suitable partners
  • – Negotiate licenses and pricing, promote value propositions to partners/customers

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
  • – Fluency in English and/or Swahili
  • – 1-4 years of technology sales experience
  • – Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills
  • – Passion for sales, convincing, negotiating and achieving targets
  • – Thrives in an autonomous environment, taking initiatives
