Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products.
Develop new recipes and improve existing products.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
Monitor ingredient stock and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Pastry, Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
At least 2 years proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
Strong baking, decorating, and presentation skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to meet production deadlines.
