Key responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations & Compliance
• Run the pharmacy professionally in line with approved SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Verify the quality, quantity, and integrity of all pharmaceutical products delivered.
• Ensure all required pharmacy records and licenses are accurate, complete, and up to date, including:
• DDA (Dangerous Drugs Act) registers
• Hygrometer and temperature monitoring charts
• Any other statutory or internal documentation
• Enforce FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) principles during storage, dispensing, and billing.

Requirements

• Keeping patient waiting times to a minimum
• Engaging patients courteously, respectfully, and professionally
• Responding promptly to patient needs and concerns
• Wearing provided branded company lab coats and name tags for easy identification by patients
• Communication, Feedback & Reporting
• Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable feedback to headquarters (HQ) every week on matters related to procurement, inventory and pricing.
