Project Lead – Kenya (Mombasa)

We are a BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania in areas of General sales, Promotions, Merchandising and Roadshows among others. We service over 20 clients in the markets we operate cutting across all industries with over 1,000 members of permanent and contracted staff. We work with a range of clients, including global leaders and household brands, to propel their digital presence through tailored strategies that deliver results. We’re seeking a Project Lead in Mombasa to oversee trade marketing projects from planning through execution client goals are met with excellence and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end execution of GT projects across multiple regions
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success
Supervise field teams, merchandisers, and promoters
Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trade channel standards
