Candidate Requirements:

• At least seven years of relevant professional experience
• Significant experience in programme management and coordination
• Operational experience in displacement contexts
• Experience in developing area-based and localization strategies
• Strong expertise in displacement management and climate change adaptation
• Proven ability to lead regional partnerships and policy engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and other UN languages is an advantage
