Job Description: Remittance Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Development and Innovation
  • – Lead comprehensive cross-border product development initiatives
  • – Collaborate closely with ICT teams to design and implement cutting-edge remittance solutions
  • – Develop and maintain detailed project management plans and deliverables
  • – Ensure seamless system integrations and rigorous testing procedures
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • – Generate comprehensive performance reports including:
  •   – Remittance transaction volume analysis
  •   – Branch remittance performance tracking
  •   – Sub-agent remittance performance evaluation
  • – Conduct thorough post-project evaluations
  • – Monitor and remediate technical system vulnerabilities
Strategic Partnership Management
  • – Build and maintain relationships with Money Transfer Organizations (MTOs)
  • – Support branch and partner systems with technical troubleshooting
  • – Reconcile complex remittance transactions
  • – Drive product-led growth through innovative financial solutions

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Professional Requirements

  • – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • – Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  1.   – IT Product Management
  2.   – FinTech
  3.   – Money Transfer Business
  • – Proven track record of successful product strategy implementation
