Mount training programmes for peer counsellors.

Deal with matters related to handicapped staff/students, mature age, and foreign students.

Participate in the development and review of policies for HIV/AIDS, alcohol and drug abuse.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Provide career guidance and placement services.
• Assist in student orientation.
• Provide family life education.
• Organize psych-education seminars and public lectures.
• Respond to psychological crisis and trauma management.
• Maintain an updated client’s record and ensure confidentiality.
• Organize and coordinate mentorship programmes.
• Liaise and network with other professionals.
