Senior Legal Associate Job Centum

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and strategic Senior Legal Associate to provide legal support across our investment portfolio, corporate transactions and business operations while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Draft, review, negotiate and manage complex contracts, agreements and other legal documentation.
Provide strategic legal advice on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other commercial matters.
Conduct legal due diligence on prospective investments, acquisitions and business partnerships.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
Support corporate governance processes, including board and committee matters.
Liaise with external counsel, regulators, government agencies and other stakeholders on legal matters.
Advise business units on legal risks and recommend practical risk mitigation measures.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on emerging legislative, regulatory and business issues.
Maintain and oversee legal records, contracts and statutory registers.
Support the Company Secretary function as required.
