Our client, a leading law firm in Kenya, is expanding its Dispute Resolution, Employment & Labour and Advisory practice and is seeking an experienced
Senior legal Professional
to join its team.
The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing complex and high-value legal matters, significant client relationships and legal teams, while working closely with the Firm’s Partners. The role requires proven experience in leading, supervising, mentoring and developing lawyers and other members of a professional team.
The position offers a clear pathway to progression to Director or Salaried Partner subject to demonstrated performance and suitability.
