Site Manager Tusker

Purpose of the role

The Site Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for site performance, delivering business objectives through the execution of strategic plans, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role leads cross-functional teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable production of beer, RTDs, ANADS, ciders, and Ready-to-Serve brands, while achieving safety, quality, cost, service, and sustainability targets.

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other Science / Technical degree
• Master Brewer, International Brewing and Distilling (IBD), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Asset Care Pillar Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferrable
• Master of Business Administration as an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years broad manufacturing experience in a senior role within a manufacturing set up leading large teams to deliver results…
