Required Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of C- (Minus) including at least C- in Mathematics and English or Kiswahili.
- Diploma in Supplies Management (CIPS) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Membership with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
- Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
- Understanding of procurement procedures relevant to supply chain management jobs in Kenya.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills required in procurement and logistics roles.
- Ability to maintain accurate procurement records and inventory documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working with IFMIS operations and e-procurement systems.
- Familiarity with government procurement procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Additional training in logistics, procurement management, or inventory control.
